Gotham is a 2021 collaborative album from rapper Talib Kweli and producer Diamond D, released on April 16, 2021. The project is a tribute to New York City ("The Big Apple" or "Gotham") and features guest appearances from Busta Rhymes, Skyzoo, NIKO IS, and others. The 10-track album is produced entirely by Diamond D.
In preparation for the Gotham album release, Talib Kweli and Diamond D shot a series of videos to accompany the record. Here are some behind the scenes shots from the Attention Span (feat Skyzoo) single.
The energy at these events is always electric. While people are steady at work, there’s no doubt that the vibe is closer to a family reunion than a 9-5. After all, it’s just a gang of creatives in their element, doing what they do best… creating something to share with the world.
